The website is run by The Curve Platform Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15549633) with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom ("The Curve", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@thecurveplatform.com.

Our podcasts, articles, newsletters, courses, workshops and other content are for general information and education only. They're not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they don't take your personal circumstances, goals or needs into account.

Investing involves risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and past performance is not a guide to future results. Before you make any financial decision, think about whether it's right for you. Where appropriate, get advice from a qualified, regulated professional.

We aim to keep our content accurate and up to date, but things change fast in money and markets. We can't guarantee that everything is complete, current or right for your situation.

• Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless we say otherwise, and include any taxes that apply. Your bank may charge a fee if you pay in a different currency.
• When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm it. That email is when our contract with you begins.
• Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers.
• If we make an obvious mistake with a price, we'll contact you and give you the choice to pay the correct price or get a full refund.

• When you buy a course, you get access straight away through your account on our website.
• "Lifetime access" means you can use the course for as long as we continue to offer it. If we ever stop offering a course, we'll give you reasonable notice first.
• Your course is for your personal use. Please don't share your login details, or copy, download, resell or share course materials, unless we say you can.
• We may update courses to keep them accurate and useful.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Before a free trial ends, and before each annual renewal, we'll remind you and tell you the price. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Our Refund Policy explains how it works, including the rules for studio hire.

Please don't use the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful. This includes:

• trying to hack, disrupt or scrape it;
• uploading viruses or other malicious code;
• posting anything offensive, defamatory or that infringes someone else's rights; or
• pretending to be someone else.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why, and we won't do it without good reason.

Everything on the website belongs to us or our licensors, including text, videos, audio, graphics, logos and course materials. You're welcome to view it and share links to it. You can't copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

When you send us a question, voice note, review or story, you give us permission to use, edit and publish it (for example, on the podcast, on social media or on our website) for free, worldwide. You must own what you send us or have the right to share it. We may choose not to use it, or remove it at any time. If you'd like us to stop using your submission in future content, email us.

We link to other websites and recommend professionals, such as on our Professional Support page. They are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services, terms and privacy practices.

• We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our content, including investment decisions and their results. See section 2.
• We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your statutory rights under consumer law (such as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993).
• Where the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• We try to keep the website running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make important changes, we'll let you know. The terms that were in place when you placed an order apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in New Zealand or another country, you still keep the protection of any consumer laws there that apply to you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
